good show.
energy level was high. the choreograph was different from the first show, it was good. The sound was superb; The mic-ing was superb. i realise that actually true sounds may not be better than sounds coming out of the speaker. however amplifying sounds has its disadvantages, flaws which are minor when not using mics are also amplified.
took a look at the surroundings, the performers before, during and after the show. saw them presetting their instruments, some were in costume, some had jackets over their costume. there was a performer drinking water out of a bottle during the performance, the duo part where other performers were sitting at the side of the stage. i realised that there was a guy and a lady who had accessories on their ears, it was obvious that it isnt part of the costume, other performers didnt wore that. regarding the statement that they do not talk to audience before or after the show, i saw so many people talking to them at the side before and after the show, i even saw a few of the performers conversing to audience in costume. however, they walk to their holding area in a line, very orderly.
they are precise. they are not that precise too. there was a guy jumping way higher than the others when they were playing a rhythm and he was in the back. if it was a minor mistake by him he would have corrected himself when he saw that he was doing something different than the others in front. i dont know why he didnt correct himself.
but still a good show. got me so interested in composing my score.
"your behavior is very weird recently", you said to me.
"whose behavior is weird recently?", you can ask around.
the answer is so obvious. for so many years people have left because of your irregular behavior. your behavior is so inconsistent, you seem to have mood swings every now and then. sometimes you seem to have changed for the better but it always revert back to being unreasonable.
i told you that i was testing something, i was actually testing the sound with different striking force. you say im not. you said "ok, ok. you're testing" but you dont mean it. even an idiot can tell that you are actually being sarcastic. that was the issue that im not happy about, you said you dont know why i sound like im challenging you. let me tell you why, "cause you gave me this tone first. what i gave you was only a response. i dont get angry for no reason, you can ask around. how many people have actually seen me blow my top?"
i dont know why you used such a sarcastic tone on me. highly because you dont trust me. you didnt think that i meant what i said. if you dont trust me then why should i be here? i think many people are so scared of you cause they dont know what to do. they dont know what the fuck you think is right. i tested on the sound of the drum. you gave me a sarcastic tone. what if i didnt test on the sound of the drum and just mind my own business? ah i think i should have stayed home and played the computer. yeah and you're going to ask me why i didnt go for jamming and repeat my reason in a sarcastic tone.
for a score to bring out the story behind, every small detail plays a part. lets say there's a storybook that tells a story of the past. you change the small details of it, you changed the story to one of the present. the story is changed, people get confused over what is it trying to bring across. i didnt say adding the rhythm in the score is right, im just saying that you changing the movements/actions of a rhythm is not right too. thats according to "you need to respect the composer/choreographer, you have to ask permission to change the score". changing the actions isnt changing the score? let me play the changed and unchanged version of that rhythm, show it to some primary school kids and ask them whether there's a difference in the two versions and get your answer.
i said "if i cant accept you as a leader, i wouldnt be here"
i meant that.
If I can't accept you as a leader, I won't be here.
i dont care if you send me a sms after what happened or not. it wont change. if you cross the line, i wont even challenge you.
after watching the performance, i think i can tolerate you a little more just for the passion in drums.
i want to tell a story, i will tell it with drums.
